Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of luxely.io and the Luxely service. By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Luxely provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for independent jewelry stores: inventory, POS, commissions, AI e-commerce, and related modules. We may modify features with reasonable notice.
2. Account and responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. You must provide accurate information at sign-up and keep it current.
3. Billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance. We offer a 14-day free trial without a card. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial periods.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the service for illegal activity, to send spam, to interfere with our infrastructure, or to infringe third-party rights. We may suspend accounts that violate this clause.
5. Your data
You keep ownership of the data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the service. You may export it at any time.
6. Intellectual property
The software, brand, designs, and documentation are owned by Luxely, Inc. You may not copy, decompile, or resell the service without written authorization.
7. Warranties and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account anytime from settings. We may terminate or suspend your access for material breach of these Terms, with reasonable notice when possible.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Exclusive jurisdiction lies in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
