Automatic commission tracking
for jewelry stores.
Configure your rates once. Every sale lands on the right seller automatically. Payroll closes in three clicks instead of an afternoon of spreadsheets and arguments.
Manual commission tracking is brittle.
Most jewelry stores still close commissions in a shared spreadsheet at the end of the pay period. The owner copies sales from the POS, matches each row to a seller, looks up the rate, hopes the formulas didn't break. Three things go wrong every time:
- Sales get attributed to the wrong seller. Two people worked the customer; only one gets paid. Resentment compounds.
- Refunds are forgotten. A piece comes back next week; the commission was already paid out. Now you're chasing it or eating it.
- Karat and margin nuance is lost. An 18K piece should pay differently than a clearance silver piece, but the spreadsheet flattens everything.

- Set up rates once. Flat percent, tiered by volume, per-karat, per-margin band, or any combination. We import your existing plan during onboarding.
- Sales auto-attribute. Every sale recorded in Quick Sale or Invoices is tied to the seller at checkout. No manual matching after the fact.
- Refunds and returns claw back. If a piece comes back inside your configured return window, the commission reverses automatically.
- Payroll in three clicks. Pick the pay period, review the per-worker breakdown, export to your accountant or push to payroll.
What the numbers look like on a closing day.
This is the dashboard view at the close of a typical Miami bi-weekly period — five sellers, mixed karat sales, automatic calculation.

Built for jewelry, not generic retail.
Generic POS commission tools treat every SKU the same. Jewelry doesn't work that way. Luxely's engine knows the difference between a high-margin 18K piece and a discounted silver chain — and pays the seller accordingly.
Per karat
14K, 18K, 22K and 24K can each pay a different commission percentage. A jewelry store that pushes 18K more aggressively can tilt incentives without rewriting the comp plan.
Per margin band
Tag a piece's margin band when it's created. High-margin pieces pay a richer rate than discounted/promo items. The system reads the margin band at sale time — sellers can't game it.
Split commissions
Two sellers worked the same customer? Split a sale 60/40 or 50/50 at checkout. Both sellers see the credit, payroll calculates each share separately.
Custom rules per store
Multi-location? Each store can run a different comp plan. The owner sees a consolidated view; store managers see only their store.
